So my brother in law has been working at the Grand Canyon all summer and has been asking Gary and I to come and stay, so we finally did! It was amazing and breath taking! It was my first time! Gary and I can't believe we have never taken our kids! We stayed in a cabin on the North rim compliments of my brother in law and enjoyed a first class meal compliments of my brother in law! It was just Gary and I and even though we had wished we had brought the kids it was really great to have some alone time! And what a beautiful place to do it! If you have never been I recommend it!

that first look definitly takes your breath away!! it is so beautiful.
we had our kids with us and I was a nervous wreck the whole time. There are no walls or fences around most of the edges so I was very uncomfortable the whole time... I'm a little weird though. Your kids of course are old enough they probably would have enjoyed it. But it's ALWAYS nice to have alone time.
yes... I was in St. George, but for less then 24 hours. I did think about you though....
